Exporting calls


  1. First, navigate to Customers in the left-hand navigation menu and then proceed to select the customer you wish to export calls for from the customer listings.
  2. On the Customer Details screen, click Calls in the sub-navigation menu.
  3. From this screen, use the filter options in the top row of the Date/Time and Billed columns to filter the results of the calls listings as you wish.
  4. Click the Export button at the top-right of the Calls listings page.
  5. From the modal pop-up that appears, select between exporting to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file or a PDF file.


Note

Be advised exporting a large amount of PDF pages may affect your browser's performance.
