- First, navigate to Customers in the left-hand navigation menu and then proceed to select the customer you wish to export calls for from the customer listings.
- On the Customer Details screen, click Calls in the sub-navigation menu.
- From this screen, use the filter options in the top row of the Date/Time and Billed columns to filter the results of the calls listings as you wish.
- Click the Export button at the top-right of the Calls listings page.
- From the modal pop-up that appears, select between exporting to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file or a PDF file.
