Portal Access overview

If you are on the Business, Professional or Enterprise plan then you have access to the Customer Access Portal feature.


The Customer Access Portal gives your customers the ability to log in and see information such as:

  • Latest invoice information
  • Outstanding invoices information
  • Daily call count distribution
  • Hourly call count distribution
  • Itemised invoice history
  • Itemised call history


It can be customised to use your company branding, your company's external sub-domain as well as allowing your customers to set up their own portal accounts.
