Adding your company logo
- First, click Settings in the left-hand navigation menu and then click Organisation in the menu that appears.
- Click the Upload new logo... button and browse to the image you wish to use. The image should be in a JPG, PNG or GIF format, no bigger than 512Kb in size. For the best quality across the Billingbooth platform, we recommend a high-resolution image no bigger than 1500 x 1500 pixels in dimension. Once you have selected the image you wish to use, click the Open button in the file browser to submit the file and upload it.
Changing the customer portal's colour theme
- First, click Settings in the left-hand navigation menu and then click Customer Access in the menu that appears.
- Click the Theme Colour field and a colour picker will appear, use the colour picker to select the colour you wish to use. Alternative, type the hexcode of the colour you'd like to use into the text field.
- Once you have done this, click the Save changes button at the bottom of the form to complete the process.
Note
A hex code is a six-digit hexadecimal value which goes from #000000 (Black) to #FFFFFF (White). As an example, #FFAA33, is a golden orange. Broken down, the hex code value details the quantities of Red (#FFAA33), Green (#FFAA33) and Blue (#FFAA33) to use.
