Adding markup to rate sheets

1. First, open the rate sheet you wish to convert the rates for.
   
   
   
   
2. For this example, we'll add a 20% markup to the rates. In an unused column enter a value of 1.2 into one of the cells.
   
   
   
   
3. Copy the value of the cell you've entered 1.2 into.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the values of the Peak Rate, Offpeak Rate and Weekend Rate columns.
   
   
   
   
5. Right-click the selection and click Paste Special to open a dialog window.
   
   
   
   
6. Click the Multiply option and then click the OK button to complete the process.
